Artpartment is a creative strategy program poised to promote the sale of luxury Real Estate properties by curating exhibitions of art, fashion, and design inside of them. While reinventing the “open-house” to be an elegant affair and pop-up exhibition, Artpartment also serves as an experiential marketing opportunity for brands, as it exposes fashion objects from collections to shows, relative to the art, style of home, and taste.

Working alongside real estate brokers and developers, Firestone strategically selects a group of artworks and art-collaborative objects, where cost and style is matched with the home for sale.

The first Artpartment was created for Bravo TV’s Ryan Serhant’s Million Dollar Listing property in SoHo, New York. Artists exhibited included OLEK, Ezra Cohen, Bradley Hart, RETNA, ERIDAN, galleries included Anna Zorina and Maison Gerard, and brands included Harden and KOIO. Sponsors included Hennessy and Glenfiddich.
